What We Do

We are an Occupational Therapy practice specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a method of therapy that focuses upon changing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes (called ‘cognitive distortions’) in order to improve emotional regulation and to change behavior. CBT is helpful in the treatment of chronic pain, substance abuse, less severe forms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, and more. CBT is a goal-directed activity that seeks to improve coping skills and to create a more open and mindful state.

We connect with patients over secure video conference in your home, office, or other comfortable setting.

We protect patient privacy through the use of secure communications and modern encryption.

We work with medical practices to facilitate screening for a range of psychosocial disorders including substance abuse, developmental disorders, and more.
